I thought the adaptive triggers were pretty great in games like Rift Apart and the Astro games. Haptic feedback is cool, but not too dissimilar to that of HD Rumble in the Switch joy-cons.
Aside from that, not much else. The inclusion of SSDs are great to finally have on console, but as a primarily PC gamer, it felt like Apple fans going crazy over a new feature that Android users have had for years just continues the trend of consoles becoming more and more like mini PCs just with a proprietary OS.
So how adaptive triggers are utilized in games on PS5, and in specific games (like Returnal) the haptic feedback, has been a really fun experience so far. But god damn does the DualSense need a better battery lol |
Nothing a long USB c cord can't fix, plenty of cheap one on amazon. I have an extention cord hooked up for when I'm stuck but the battery charges really quick, like what... 45 mins and it's back to level 3. Not bad.
