Okay. So far I've bought a few so far I'ma rate them as I go along and see if the value exceeds the cost.

  • Vampire survivors - Unbelievably addictive reverse bullet hell/horde Survivor and so much value for money. You could spend hundreds of hours in this unlocking trophies and still have fun. Insnae amounts of dopamine and great rouguelite progression make this a fantastic experience 10/10
  • Brotato - Another horde survivors but more so a rouguelite. Really hard to get your first clear and difficult to get higher level clears and very RNG based. I was gonna rate this 8/10 early on but I'm upping the score to 9/10 the more time I spend with it the more it clicks and the more addictive it gets. Plenty of diverse builds and characters and insane depth. Delightful experience and another where the fun to cost ratio is well in excess of the asking price.
  • Army of Ruin - I'm about 8 hours in now. The game is a basic horde survivors, very much a copy paste of Vampire survivors and has enough unlocks to keep it interesting yet it's very mobile like but seems more "polished" the VS or Brotato. I've already got my value for the money back some times over and I expect it to continue to pay for it's self in fun and time spent as there is a star unlock system that is quite addicting. Not nearly as addictive or good as the above two but it has the same hooks in me. Quite a lot of fun at it's core in short ten minute rounds to start with then increasing to 15 minute and finally 30 minute rounds as you progress. Solid permanent rouguelite progression as well as much to unlock even after hours. It's a bit more than a solid seven. 7.5/10.
  • Table Top racing: World tour - Got this free on PSN years back and was incredibly addicted to it so much so that I hot the platinum. It's not only a great little racer but a fairly tough one too with a great setting and a fantastic range of powerups making it feel like a kart racer at heart. 9/10.
  • Untitled Goose game - Really cool little emergent puzzle game with a solid checklist of tasks to complete, kinda comical and whimsical and enough to keep interest in it's short game time. Solid 7/10 as someone who doesn't really like these types of games. Probably would be higher rated by someone who does enjoy them.
  • Rush Rover - Sadly, turns out to be a trophy whore game in the vain of I am Mayo. Under that there is very little to the game, doesn't really feel good to play and very basic. I would not recommend but there is some fun to be had. You can easily avoid one of three of the trophies which actually are a challenges so you don't achieve a shitty ceap Platinum. I'd say it just scrapes by and returns it's value for 4.99. 5/10.
  • Down well -
  • Refunct - A really short puzzle platformer that give vibes of flower. Game lasts 45 minutes and could be seen as rated highly because of trophies/achievements again but they seem a bit of a challenge in this one. I can see some fun in speedrunning it for the trophy that has you beat the game in 4 minutes. I enjoyed my time with it at about an hour and a bit and I'd say I got my value for money was gonna try and speed run it but I couldn't be arsed. 6/10. Value for money... just about.
  • The binding of issac - Yet to play
