Just to preface, this is a (sorta) joke video and it's not meant to be taken too seriously. Nor should you take this thread too seriously. It's a case of the Simpsons has done it all already but for video game platformers. Buuuuut...
Astrobot was originally made for VR, when I played Rescue mission it felt like Nintendo platformers evolved for a new age. I haven't played Astro bot PS5 yet but Asmongold reacted to the video below and I'm kinda shocked at some comparisons especially from Galaxy and Oddessy.
There is taking inspiration and paying homage then there is this video. Great artists steal and all...
