Perhaps it's the narrators voice and inflections on that specific game and tbh, I don't know enough about it to have used it as an example in the main thread and as for Astro Bot, I'm playing that game like I did with Rescue mission and aim not gonna GAF but you're misunderstanding the issue, I mean to say how you consider what others think of you playing the game regardless if YOU know the game is not childish.
Edit: For example, I don't consider Cat Quest to be childish but Ni no Kuni 2, a much deeper, complex game is giving me childish vibes. Cat Quest is way more cutesy. Ni no Kuni 2 starts with a nuclear explosion.
