Beaten Hogwarts Legacy as of 24th of July. Great game and way more than I was expecting. As a Potter book fan As a kid and teen it brought me very little in the way of nostalgia as I thought it would but what it did bring was a, somewhat formulaic, really tight well made game with a decent main story and really interesting fully realised side questbpaths that weave with the main story amongst many smaller quests that don't feel quite as much as filler as the usually fair. It was it's faults for sure but everything is done well enough that they are easily overlooked. It can also be a challenge if you want it to be with higher difficulties. A really well realized experience with surprising choice and emergent gameplay for the type of game it is. My main complaints is the map is too overly packed, the map is spammed with usless busywork, UI for spell casting could have been better refined, lots of skipping around the map with fast travel points and each with loading screens, puzzle are too easy and repeaded, time based quest unlocks that feel like the game has broken, but mostly it's other faults would be nit picking 9/10.

Currently playing:

Lies of P @ 20 hours

Need for Speed Payback @ 4 hours

Ni no Kuni 2 @ 2 hours

Total hours = 334 hours as of July 23rd which averages just over 1 hours and a half per day.
