Apparently Nintendo Japan has real problems with work from home. That is affecting very strongly the people creating these presentations (I don't know how much affected are the teams creating the actual games though). Apparently the western branches are a bit more able to handle the situation, that is why we got the Indie World presentation. Japan didn't get it, and the parallel japanese Nintendo Direct mini partners showcase was even weirder (and included some stuff from the indie world):

So yeah, expect weird presentations as long as the pandemic is going on, as it really affects Nintendos ability to produce these videos.
