Yeah, Wikipedia as source could be kinda incomplete especially for something older like Wii.
On the other hand, back in the Wii-days download-games were new and only few existed. I'm pretty sure Switch already has massively more download-only games than Wii ever had. That games can inflate the number and also reach the number of physical releases.
