Not a scratch on mine after a month and a half, and they should be appearing easily since I put a thin plastic screen protective film on it (the one that comes with the official case). I did leave my Switch with my nephew for a month, so I do wonder how the console will be when it returns (hope he is taking good care of it xD)
BTW I saw some light scratches on the demo unit at my MediaMarkt (which you would assume would have heavy abuse), initially I thought it was the screen but it was just the screen protector they put. Like I mentioned before these are prone to scratches, I know from previous experience with screens on DS, mobiles, smartwatches, etc.
Picture was taken on the 16th March, the unit could be under heavier ware now.

I like this modular console; it's nice size, good thermals and snappy as hell. I have had some issues with the joycon range and dpad on the pro, so I need to get those fixed. Also careful with those clingy joycon straps.
