It's as it is a stupid claim. WiiU can output 1080p/60fps (MH3U for instance), if the polygon-count is low enough. Obviously also NX will have games that can't hit the 900p or 60fps target, if they'll look better. So it is just a stupid claim.
More interesting are the streaming-abilities, a possible 4K output sounds good.
