I don't get it... It literally says in the article:
"Wigdor said in a statement that the decision is 'by no means a reflection on whether then-Senator Biden sexually assaulted Ms. Reade.'"
So that article doesn't mean anything. It could or could not have happened. The only determinate now is just a personal one, whether you believe one "liar" over another.
It's funny how the same people that basically said that you shouldn't rush to conclusions and believe anyone until it's sorted out in court are now the ones rushing to conclusions...

You know she has changed her story within the past couple of years. Just a couple years ago she was still praising Biden on his work passing the sexual assault bill. She apparently turned on him once she realized Bernie wasn't going to win the primary. Now she wants him to step down so guess who takes his place.
I believe perhaps Biden did make her uncomfortable through maybe some light touching on arms or whatever thus that is why she filed her initial sexual harassment case before she left. Notice she filed for sexual harassment not sexual assault. She wouldn't be praising Biden in just 2 or so years ago if she was really sexually assaulted. Instead of praising him you would think she would be calling him a hypocrite.
Quoting a line from a pro Trump lawyer how she could still be victim of assault doesn't mean anything. There are so many holes in her story and credibility issues that he had to drop her as a client. For one not one other staffer from time she was with Biden has come forward collaborating her story. Biden isn't perfect and he has problems getting a little too touchy with females sometimes but I highly doubt he assaulted her in a capital building hallway. Perhaps he grabbed her ass, gave her a back massage or hugged her too long but spreading her legs and inserting his finger into her in a hallway at a capital building (she can't even remember what building it took place in)... If she was sounding alarm back in 2008 or 2012 or 2016 then maybe I would give her benefit of doubt but to praise someone as late as 2017 doesn't add up in my book.
