Forums - Website Topics - VGC 3.0 - can you come up with original website names?

Hmm well can't say I'm the most creative person, but I love thinking out of the box.

Let's see potential for new:

(VG) Gaming World Headquarters

I guess if you want it to be completely new and original, could take out the first part and just making it "Gaming World Headquarters.

For the database site:

(VG) Game Safe

Or of course take the VG out and just make it the Game Safe. Considering that is what it is, seems fitting.

As for the forums themselves:

(VG) Top Secret Meeting

Guess that isn't a very good one, but trying to stay in line with this whole huge corporation theme. Maybe, The Meeting Room or Back to the Drawing Board. Potentially a play on a common term with "Research and Discussion" or whatev.


I don't know, but aobut as creative as I get haha.

you only need something serious for the service pages. The community one you can have something really stupid, it won't matter, people will get there through the other sites anyways.

Ex : "Ioi's Lair" like ioislair.com
just subtitle it "the VGchartz.com community"

for the other sites...
VideoGamesNewsFix (VGNF) "the place to get your fix"

For the game database... I just don't see how you can separate that from the chartz website...

As with everything we do, I wanted to open it up to the community so that you know what to expect and also to ask for help - we have some ideas for names for each section but would like to hear your ideas. One train of thought is to use the VGC brand and have VGC News, VGC Games or whatever, but that seems a little dull. Obviously there is VGNewz, VGReviewz etc but again I'm not a fan. I'd actually like to go for totally original names - something unique and memorable, especially for the blog.

Like I say, we have ideas but if anyone is feeling particularly creative then feel free to share!
