While there are certainly some who prefer Bioware for their tighter and more linear story, I'd venture a guess that Bethesda's bugginess probably...bugs...a lot of people too.

And for the record, pleeeease don't ever refer to Metacritic of Gamerankings result ever again. Every time you do, a Super Mario becomes a regular Mario. True story!

I love both of them and iv spent more time on fallout 3 but I have to go with bioware simply because I loved how HUGE and EPIC their games are toward the end and because the story and characters

I've spent more time playing Bethesda games(leveling up characters) and I love to grind so my vote goes to:
Bethesda.

I do like the stories more in Bioware games but my fav. part of rpg's is leveling.

Bioware makes better entertaining stories that are fun.
Bethesda makes better RPGs.

Being an actaul RPG player not some one who plays so called CRPG/ERPG I can honestly say I would rather play Bioware RPG. Not because they are better RPG, but cause I would rather be entertained.

Since you asked who is a better RPG developer. Bethesda.



Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.

These are two of my favorite developers.

However, the Bioware Sonic game for the DS exists, thus Bioware has made a bad game, thus my vote goes to Fallout 3....er....Bethesda.

...but JUST barely.

Two of the best developers ever.
