Ok here I go:

1st: Golden Sun

2nd: Golden Sun II: The Lost Age

3rd: Tales of Symphonia

4th: Baten Kaitos

5th: Tales of Phantasia

6th: Final Fantasy IV

7th: Final Fantasy VI

8th: Final Fantasy V

These are all RPG's I've played, but that's excluding all Pokemon, Paper Mario or any other games that didin't really feel like classic JRPG's to me. The next two games up are Skies of Arcadia and Final Fantasy III; I own them both, but I haven't played them yet. Actually, I have to finish FF V first.

I'd guess Ultima III: Exodus (C64), Ultima IV(C128?), and Might and Magic 2 (Genesis).

Exodus was the game that turned me on to WRPGs much the same way Lunar: The Silver Star did for JRPGs years later.
