I didn't even know it had come out. I thought it was delayed until next year.

Not as shocking as Dead Space, Mirror's Edge, Burnout paradise, and Tales of Vesperia falling at retail. But no one wants to talk about that.

How many people here have played this game? what do you guys think of it?

I didn't play it for long (a couple hours) and it really didn't seem that special to me. Some games don't pick up until later, which is fine, but this game definitely failed at drawing me in to the experience. From what I played it doesn't hold a candle to some of the more notable 3d platformers from the past few years (ratchet and clank, 3d mario platformers, sly cooper, jak and daxter, etc). I'd simply say it's a below average to average platformer depending on how you look at it.

BMaker11 didn't say "brand new exclusive IP" in his original post, kingofgoalpostmoving.  He said "Mario" and "Wii", which makes Guitar Hero and Resident Evil (both of which don't feature "Wii" or "Mario" in the game or titles) fair game.

Go promote R2 or LBP or something, they could both use your help.

Nice qualifiers you've got going there. If you add enough conditions, you can eliminate every game that defeats the point you're trying to make!

Oh, and patjuan32? Only Vesperia is an "exclusive title," so you can't hold that against the guy. Plus, it's not a "new exclusive IP." Behold, the power of making irrelevant arguments!

Oh, and don't even try to bring up good-selling 3rd party exclusives like Boom Blox, No More Heroes, etc. etc. Despite the publishers considering them successes, you can't prove that they weren't "being ignored by (sic) casual audience." He's got you there too!

Aha! you say triumphantly, thinking you can turn the tide by pointing to one of the many third-party exclusive games that have failed on other consoles, including his beloved PS3 and PS2. But before you even start to mention Haze, or the awesome but horrificly bombing Valkryia Chronicles, you'll come to the stunning realization that those games don't count because...because...um, hang on a sec, I'll think of something...because we're not talking about any other console but the Wii now, so kindly STFU.

P.S. R2 and LBP sold more in first hour than this game will ever do. Let's not forget I don't get paid for "promoting" anything, no idea why you are so "hyped" about a game that is destined to discount bin due to lack of sales.

 LBP was leaked early. The first hour probably contained very few copies due to this. Mushroom Men will definitely beat that number.

Also, are you comparing the game that, by many Ps3 owners, is claimed to be the best 2D platformer ever, to a game that is known by a completely unkown developer?

You claim that others are biased and look at situations from the incorrect angle. I'm fairly certain you're worse than almost every single one on those aspects.

Well, HD fanboys, Legendary was a complete bomb too, even if it got bad reviews it had many more ads and was also made by Gamecock. It looks that none of their games manage to sell well. All bomb.
