It's not hard to find a Wii in the UK. Must be an NA problem.

I've seen them in stock at best buy and toys R us occasionally. They don't sell out immediately, but they hardly ever last a full week

Seppukuties is like LBP Lite, on crack. Play it already!

Currently wrapped up in: Half Life, Portal, and User Created Source Mods
Games I want: (Wii)Mario Kart, Okami, Bully, Conduit,  No More Heroes 2 (GC) Eternal Darkness, Killer7, (PS2) Ico, God of War1&2, Legacy of Kain: SR2&Defiance

My Prediction: Wii will be achieve 48% market share by the end of 2008, and will achieve 50% by the end of june of 09. Prediction Failed.

The demand is high here in the UK, but the stock is high enough to cope with it unlike in the USA (and Canada?)

In the last week I saw 10 leave Argos in Dewsbury (and hardly anyone goes shopping in Dewsbury) compared to 2 PS3s (one was to one of the employees who get 10% off) and 1 X360. (though X360 did sell more games than PS3)

When I joined here I got constant hate towards me for saying that there were Wii's everywhere around me when no one could find them.. And they said I was lying.. However, I had NO interest in one.. Now I have thought about picking one up a few times... Unfortunately it caught on here as well and I have not seen a Wii in about 3 months.

If perferring the PS3 over the 360 makes me a fanboy.. I guess I am guilty..

List of 360 Games I would like to have: Alan Wake

List of PS3 Games I would like to have: LBP, FFXIII(if it ever comes), R2(maybe)

List of Wii Games I would like to have: Star Wars: The Force Unleashed (It's not an exclusive but it would be awesome)

It's pretty much a North America problem.

They are easy to find in Europe(yet it still sell alot each month) and probably Japan aswell.

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

Nintendo earns a lot more in Europe.

This probably means Europe is not supply constrained anymore because Nintendo ships more Wiis to Europe. NA still is supply constrained.

150vg$ bet(with haggy) mk wii 2009 worldwide sales > any 360/ps3 game released in 2009.

current mk wii worldwide sales (jan 9th): 553k

My local store has about 250 Wii's in stock. So no problem here in Germany (Yeah I saw also many Wii's in other stores across Germany) and probably not in Europe.

Not hard to find a Wii here in the UK, not hard to find any console for that matter.

it is pretty easy to tell if it is out of stock.. the stock increased greatly 2 weeks ago, and the sales followed suit
