i will say what I have to say now. I can compareCroatia and Czech republic with Germany, because the Czechs smashed Germany in qualifying, and Croatia beat Germany last week. And bengabenga makes a good point, Germanys first good match was yesterday. They only beat Austria 1-0 and lost to Croatia, which is really poor for a team like Germany.

And before you talk about NED in the semi-final or even final: Don't forget Russia, guys. 
Does anyone think that the ref should have blown the whistle before he got the shot off? When the ball landed there was 5 more seconds to go, and since the ball was in the box and the player was about to shoot it, the ref couldnt have blown the whistle.
But you still gotta love Croatia :D

But look at the team they had back then:
Kahn - Owomoyela, Sinkiewicz, Mertesacker, Jansen - Frings (45. Deisler) - Schneider, Borowski, Schweinsteiger - Kuranyi (45. Neuville), Podolski
Owomoyela and Sinkiewicz in the defense, without Ballack and with the strikers Kuranyi and Neuville.
That wasn't the A team.
