Well, he did say Spider-Man will be alone his movies again. Maybe he thought Homecoming was too Iron Man-ee. Guess you missed that in the wall of text.

And you said earlier I was "one of those people". What kind of person is that? You didn't elaborate the way you did with sub-zero.

Your identity politics quip. I have no disagreement about the remakes comment, and I don't really care one way or the other about Disney's level of influence in things at the moment.

Yeah alright, whatever. I just smoked some ecstasy pills and don't wanna fight any more.

WELP, guess it's official since Sony just made a statement on it.

Well, I guess there’ll be yet another Spiderman reboot. So annoying, why even bother.

Well, rip MCU Spidey, it was great while it lasted.

As for what's next, god help spiderman. Sony pictures track record of live action spiderman films has been horrendous recently (Amazing spiderman, venom), so the quality of the films is likely to go down the gutter yet again.

Bet with Intrinsic:

The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.

The way they word it sounds like they intend on sticking with the current plot, I just presume the involvement of MCU stuff like Nick Fury or Iron-man will be put on the back burner/not mentioned. Which is fine as Iron Man Jr films which Homecoming and Far from Home were did not sit well with me.

Spider-man is the most important and biggest Marvel character and deserves better than being Tony Stark's side kick. All Marvel character should look up to Peter, not the other way around.

Hmm, pie.

This doesn't have to be a bad thing. As we all know it's simply impossible to create a good product if it's not exclusive.

This at least means no more woke Spider man and it means that Spidey will be alone in his movies finally no other heroes bullshit anymore.

...Of all the complaints you could have about Spiderman's MCU films, it is calling it 'woke'.

What is that even supposed to mean?

Oh noes, it has non-white actors in major roles. SJW BS!

Oh noes, the MJ equiv isn't white, SJW BS!

Oh noes, the Parkers are implied to be Italian! SJW BS!

...Let me guess, you are the type of guy who gets annoyed when there are non-white characters in WW2 shooters, aren't you?

When you have a real complaint that means something, come back to this thread.

Well, in the first Spidey there was some woke crap, like the in your face lecture about slave history that came out of nowhere at the Washington monument. It was sooo cringy, ham-fisted and uncalled for. Normal people don't want to be lectured about woke things when they go see a movie. It's nothing but posturing and virtue signaling.

And then there's the MJ thing. I mean yeah, it's not a major deal, I like the actress and I think she's talented kind of cute, but she's not the iconic redhead that the original MJ is supposed to be. Why does everything need to be changed just for the heck of it? Create new characters and make them woke af, but why mess with the original vision? Because woke people have no creativity of their own, they just want to infect other people's original work with their taint and that's all they care about. Fuck Spider-Man, you need to hear about my wokeness on stuff.

Disney to mahvil fans: “no ironman or spiderman for you!”

lol, good luck mcu phase 4, you clearly need sm more than sony need feige.

The mogul finding some resistance?
Big surprise...
Actually, I don't really care. The first Tom Holland Spider-man movie didn't convince me to become one of those sheeple that do care.

All the Marvel characters, including a demigod, a super-soldier, a scientist with 7 PhD's, an all powerful space heroine, a magical sorcerer with knowledge and awareness of the multiverse, and the king of one of the most advanced countries & civilizations in that world... should look up to a 17 year old high school kid from Queens...

I get what you're trying to say, but you really need to work on how you say it.
