Moving the cursor above/below quotations is currently (i.e. in the old editor) extremely painful/possibly impossible if there's no content there where you want to move to. For example, sometimes I quote someone, then decide I want to say something more generally and put it above the quotation. When I try to move the text cursor above the quotation, it actually... puts the cursor *in* the quotation area, I think? It's possible to get around this quite easily by editing the HTML, but it's not very nice. It'd be great if the new editor handled that better.
I'd also like it if the new editor had working horizontal rules. I'm not sure whether it's an editor issue or a CSS issue, but either way, I would like to see it fixed.
EDIT: The latter definitely seems like an editor issue. It's there in the editor but not in the actual post if I check its HTML (well, DOM tree, but whatever). It also came back when opened this post for editing (as in, it's here in the editor) despite it not being there in the actual post.
