Yeah... no. The frequency and timeslots at which ACO commercials were aired were on a very different level than all those games you mentioned.

Say whaaaaat?

Considering for Honor shipped over 3.5 million in its first quarter. And has 1 million unique players a month. I say people bought that.

People bought it and ran, bananabum21.

They did not

That 1 million player per month was as of Feb this year. One year after release. With 7.5 million unique players total

At June 2018 uni announced that 3 million new players joined in the "past few weeks"

As of October 2018 there are 15 million registered users

The game sold shit loads, is receiving amazing and lots of support, keeps increasing its player base, and is still getting better and better. It's a huge success for Ubisoft

It's a marvelous game. Deserving.

Why? It's the exact same game as Origins. I haven't even bought it yet because I have already played AC in Greece last year.

So we're gonna ignore the different story, the bigger world and different combat system because the theme of the world is similar to Origins. In that case, I can think of a multitude of games that are " the exact same game " as others. I guess people won't play the next God of War because it's gonna be set in Norse mythology again.

Game is full of content. Enjoying it a lot so far. Don't get the point of winning a war for either Athenians or Spartans. It's not like anything changes......hmm...
The spartan kick is just awesome. Kicking people off cliffs or buildings...oh boy....what a lot of fun. Oh, there is a big, angry bear. Just kick him in the face.

Great game and it's full of content.

Odyssey looks like such a refreshing take on the AC series.

Never thought I would enjoy an Assassin's Creed game and right now i'm loving it. Also Kassandra is the face of this game sorry Alexios.

will be interesting seeing first numbers

Just finished the main story today (the "Odyssey" anyway), and most of the important side missions tying into Kosmos. Great game, first AC I've managed to finish since AC II.
