All of my personal stats for the season are correct, but the week 4 results surprised me because I had remembered much closer competition after the Sunday games. Looking at the spreadsheet, you have several people with an incorrect tally for their records, granting them one fewer win than they actually have.

Good catch. The way I had set the table up caused me to miss the MNF predictions for a bunch of people. I'll put the byes first instead of between SNF and MNF to keep that from happening again.
