Enjoy your vacation Marth :)

Thanks for the updates, Marth. Relax a bit and fully enjoy your vacation.

OT: I think Fire Emblem charting this early is a good sign. It's still a TBD game, but I expect it to drop in February/March. The hype for Metroid Prime 4 seems real too, I hope this translates to actual sales and it starts strong, sending the message to Nintendo that we want Metroid to be a continued series. Reaching 1m FW worldwide would be a strong showing for it.

April at the latest, I'm sure Nintendo wants this ready for Goldenweek

Also, gute Reise und erhol dich gut, Marth

So checking out Amazon JP, the only upcoming Switch releases in the top 100 rankings besides Smash and Pokemon is Little Dragon Cafe which releases in a couple days and Super Mario Party at #92.

Whereas in the top 10 alone, PS4 has Spider-man, Winning Eleven, and Resident Evil 2 Remake. Outside the top 10 are titles like FIFA, Tomb Raider, Red Dead 2, Kingdom Hearts 3, Call of Duty, Legend of Heroes, Battlefield, and Hitman.

With that said, does Nintendo have enough on the plate for this all important quarter to maximize their console sales potential in Japan?

Well, if they can't capitalize on the holiday quarter with Super Mario Party, Smash, a spin-off Pokémon and possibly Yokai Watch, I don't think anyone could... ever. xD I hope it works out!

All of these games are guaranteed 1m+ sellers in Japan, and besides, Amazon JP doesn't seem to be a good indicative for Nintendo honestly.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

Yeah, Yokai Watch 4 would be a big boost for the Switch lineup for the holidays. I forgot about the next Labo as well but I don't think it's available on Amazon to pre-order yet which is odd.

So you can now pre-order Spider-Man on Amazon in the US and is number 2 in hourly rankings.

Yeah at this point point its pretty obvious that pressure from publishers killed Amazon Prime 20% off and Best Buy GCU.

Spiderman climbing, will it top the chart?

It's nice that Metroid Prime 4 is on the yearly top 100 list. It's going to disappear from the list in a couple of days but it's still fun that it's there despite Nintendo only showing a temporary logo for it so far.

The power of Smash, taking top 2 and displacing Spider to #2. It has it hard to enter the top 2 as it is
