Pretty sure it can do more than that on launch day alone

As for the question in the OP: 20M LT minimum, as it looks like it will cater to both the more causal players, but also the competitive ones. With Switch selling the way it does, this game will sell a lot over a long time

I'll play it safe with 14 million

Many first party games on Switch have been selling more than their predecessors so I can see Smash Ultimate outselling Smash 4 and Brawl. I'd say it will do more than 15 million.

Easy 15 million. I'm assuming Nintendo still makes Switches even after next gen is released

4.5m this year and 13m lifetime.

With 1 week to go, thought it'd be a great time to bump!

I didn't see this thread when it was originally made. Or maybe I saw it and never opened it.

Anyways...

Your smallest poll option should have been <14m. Don't let tbone51 see what you did.

He's trying to knock my front door down as we speak.

BUMP:

It's a good thing nobody voted for anything below 14 million, or they'd be eating crow right now.
As it stands, Smash Ultimate currently sits at 14.73 million as of June 30th. Looking forward at the pace the game is currently selling at, 20 million is looking like the minimum.

2 million if they're lucky.
