It's obvious that Yoshi want be released in next couple of months like almost all games from Direct except Smash Bros, so they not showing it yet. Same could be said for Fire Emblem.

Octopath Traveler Dark Souls South Park Crash Bandicoot Mario Tennis Captain Toad Hyrule Warriors Donkey Kong TF Kirby Runner3 Owlboy Shantae Genie Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Mega Man Collection Mega Man 11 Monster Boy Okami HD Yoshi Smash bros |
You missed some games, also when you look list of games from Direct you will see that huge majority of games will be released in next 3-4 months, and that basicly means that Nintendo yet need to start releasing announcements for second half of 2018.

Retro game announcement screams like E3 announcement, not Direct one, so patient. ;)

I dont know, I dont think they would talk about XC2 DLC at E3.

I Really wanted to rate it with a 3 but i couldnt. I went with a 2. Well, it looks like i am the only person in the world who hates smash. I just dont like the game. I really dont. So for me, the only interesting thing would have been metroid, pkmn, more zelda dlc (i know they said its not happening) and the retro open world game at least for the first party Segment. 3rd party i gor at least one game and that was south park. Thats why i gave 2 points foe it. And for octopath Traveler. Thats it. 2 games. 2 points. The doom wolfenstein direct was much better for me than this one.
And i hope that smash is comming out before E3 so that we dont have to waste any second for that game.

This was Nintendo Direct not E3, you better had some normal expectations, and this was actually quite good Nintendo Direct.
Of Course that Smash is not coming before E3, next few months for Switch lineup look prety packed.
