That would be a thing but... LoD is too big, big like chrono cross and ffvii, remaking this game is a herculean work.

My money is on spyro! A classic that would work very well on a remake.

oh god there are so many.. Personally i would love to see Resistance 1 or infamous 1
and other options are Syphon Filter, Getaway, Jak or warhawk

But safe bets would be ICO or Jak 3 or Medevil which has already been announced

Also Sony should consider remastering or remaking vita games, coz there are some real gems that deserve to be played, in my opinion the best killzone game is on Vita 'Killzone mercenaries".

Uncharted golden abyss which could fill uncharted void to some extent.

I doubt it will be spyro, that will be activisions call, and sony xdev team is working closely with bluepoint for future games so i dont think sony will waste resources on an IP which they dont own.

With how big and capable they're getting I wonder if and when they'll start making their own original games.

Demon's Souls does seem like the most likely candidate. Whatever they take on I'm sure it'll be great.

Make sense... and yeah, syphon would be great. Considering that metal gear is no more syphon would be a amazing choice for a game "to be revived"

Honestly I think Id trust them with more or less anygame.
They dont try to improve on stuff, and vastly change things, they re loyal to the originals.

Such a simple thing, yet apparently others cant seem to grasp this (esp in the movie bussiness, when they turn books into movies).

That makes me want it to be LoD.

Possible Medievil Remake.

even i thought it could be medievil as no info on which studio is developing it, was given at the time of announcement, but the problem is medievil is a remaster not a remake.. so i doubt its medievil
