We have a thread for the best looking game but not for the worst looking game? That's not fair

Anyway what game do you think belong to the worst looking game ever on each generation in gaming. Pls exclude games who are intentionally aim for the retro style (no Minecraft here). Also keep in mind that a specific generation or console have their own graphical capability so don't compare anything you shouldn't. You can include a terribly optimized game or a game with bad artstyle or lazily developed game. 

Fallout 4? That's the first thing that pops into my brain when I hear ugly, poorly optimized game when thinking of this generation.

Being that I've only been able to fully appreciate games for like 5 years, I don't really have enough knowledge on previous generations to make a definitive worst looking game.

You can't think of any other game this gen that looks worse than Fallout 4? Come on now...

For this gen Sonic Boom? It's basically kinda like the Sonic 06 of this generation.

Are we counting just anything part of this generation? We have a lot of crap allowed on PSN, like anyone can make crap game these days and put in on the store front.

Geez, that's a very, very tough question, especially of you consider all the failed consoles of each gen and stuff like 360's XBLA.
