That was pretty cool, but cinematic trailers are pretty worthless for judging a game's actual worth in terms of gameplay. I liked the first one, I'm not overly upset that the tone has changed, it appears to be have grown up a little bit, along with its fans.

The rumor is that it's a timed Switch exclusive.

I actually haven't watched the trailer, since I know I'm getting it, I don't need to spoil myself. As soon as I saw talking animals, I knew what it was and stopped watching.

Its kinda like watching the first Harry Potter and then the last one... they just forgot to make all the ones in between :P

Sucks that they think being cool equals saying fuck every five seconds. Takes the spirit out of it.
I have a copy of Beyond Good & Evil for Gamecube that I've yet to play so I don't know what the original is like, but I've gotten the impression that the game was a bit more "family friendly".

Game looks awful

As a fan of BG&E - this is a massive disappointment for me - it feels nothing like the first game.

Only a CGI trailer but I loved it, really digging the style and I'm seeing huge potential, is a change of tone from the first game but so far is working for me.

Can't wait to see which direction it takes!
