Does the U.N. Women's Right Commission even do anything, or is it just a ceremonial way to make it seem like they're trying to progress women's issues? I haven't really read about it.

ugh... Might as well have some prominent feminist give them an award for "Best place for women to live" for each year in last decade while they're at it.
