Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Switch has the second worst video game of all time

The newly released Switch-exclusive called Vroom in the Night Sky has so far recieved a staggering low metacritic score. In fact, its 16/100, puts this game as the second worst game on metacritic, beaten only by Wii U exclusive Family Party: 30 Great Games Obstacle Arcade's metacritic score of 11/100.

Well, tbf it also has one of the greatest lol

i remember watching Giantbomb play this on their Switch launch stream, looked like a bad N64 game

No wonder Nintendo 3ndo increased their shipments! This and Zelda will make the Switch be really successful!

Pocky Lover Boy!

Genuine question - I thought Nintendo were curating indie content for Switch and refusing certain devs so they don't get shovelware rush like WiiU eShop had. What happened with this? Especially considering they were able to get a dev kit so early.

Well at least Nintendo is consistent, getting the two worst rated games on two of their platforms

Makes 1-2 Switch look like a 10/10 game.

just kidding, no game will ever make 1-2 switch look enjoyable

Same question I had.  I'm guessing this was a case of nepotism/cronyism from someone at NOJ or it was a game that fell through the cracks somehow.  Either that or the supposed 'Nintendo standards' for indies was complete bullshit and we're going to get a Steam situation with indies on the Switch.

On the plus side for the Vroom devs, it might be so bad that it sells well due to people buying it as a joke.
