Do you see that as a positive or negative way?

Its a fine thing. Why would I be bothered that the Switch is getting games?

Not sure either, I read it as tending towards a negative shade. No worries.

The more games the better, obviously if it doesn't stop getting new experiences.

Yeah, it's probably the way I worded my initial post. My main point was that this isn't news. We learned about these kinds of games coming over to the Switch months ago.

I don't understand why people go nuts about the Switch power every time someone makes a statement. It's a portable device, it's not as strong as a PS4 (more like 2x Wii U) and it won't compete with traditional home consoles performance-wise or get western AAA support.
It will get Nintendo support and the 3rd party software pipelines of the 3DS and Vita, though, as well as Indie titles. That's a lot of support and enough games to play.

What are you talking about? Devil's Third (a wiiu exclusive) is on UE3.

My bad, I probably replaced it with UE4..

Its evident you weren't aware Wii U supports UE3, it has numerous games using it. This post I'm quoting still makes no sense given PS360 don't support UE4.

Hopefully this means Nintendo's first party efforts will come out faster. One of the problems the Wii U had was that Nintendo's development slowed due to it's getting used to HD development. If Xenoblade 2 can really make a 2017 release then that would go a long way towards showing the ease of development. If Nintendo can develop faster on Switch hen they did on Wii U then it will have more first party games even without merging the handheld and home console libraries.

That has not have anuthing with fact that Switch has support almost of all available engines right of gate, and has very modern tools, APIs...all that make huge difrence compared to Wii U espacily in combination with hardware that is easier to work with, and thats why devs talking about Switch is very easy for developing and that is "light years ahead of Wii U".

The whole ease of development thing just means Nvidia did their fucking jobs, because it's fucking Nvidia. Nobody should be surprised by that, we all know how good Nvidia is with software support for their hardware and this is not some bullshit like the RSX with the Cell Frankenstein shit, so it's actually way easier to support from their end. Think about it, it's a Shield TV Pro/2017 with more RAM and a multi touch screen, or a smaller Pixel C tablet with more RAM, which costs 600 USD, that's dedicated to gaming with lower overhead. This is a high end mobile chip, it's pretty fucking sweet.

An engine like UE4 runs on older specs so in theory it could run on PS360 and Wii U, the effort wasn't made though.

Eitherway, when there is sales potential you'll see great support. Otherwise, developers won't care even if it's easy to support.

Haven't some 3rd party devs come forward and mention that some titles can't be ported to the Switch due to technical limitations?
