This seems like a poor attempt at a parody of the 1-2 Switch game price argument. Btw, I think a game is worth whatever people will buy it for.

I will happily buy Horizon: Zero Dawn for the price (actually have Collector's Edition pre-ordered). Whereas I wouldn't buy 1-2 Switch for 10 dollars (it is simply not the game for me).

Buy what you enjoy kids and don't let people tell you to do otherwise.

lol i wouldn't even download 1-2 switch if it was free on the eshop.

ok maybe once for a laugh and making my grandmother milk a cow.

I defended nothing, I made a question and now you are creating your own narrative as usual.

And you did take it seriously, because your post just doesn't match the intention of the thread.

It was easily a better grasp of the situation than most people have displayed. It's a good point that Zelda could have been used for this thread as well.

It really is a case of  the important part being Rol's intent , not the game mentioned ,Horizon dawn just made for a better headline and gets the punters blood running more than, Games like Horizon dawn and zelda cost $60 is that a fair price.

I'll not add another  subjective answer to what is a subjective question and instead ask another question, how long has $60 been the rrp for video games?.

I'm a Nintendo fanman who will never own a playstation product and I would LOVE this game for $60 lol

Nope, it should cost more.
Anyway, even you doing reaction threads? Boy that's lame.

Nope it's worth $60 because it's in 3D. Charging $60 for a 2D game, now THAT'S a ripoff!

Nah, games like Odin Sphere Leifthrasir is well worth 60 bucks.

I don't want to get banned right now so I'll hold my fingers from saying what they really want to be saying right here/ I'll just this, Skyrim RE ...60euro. FF xv...60euro. The witcher 3... 50 euro. Farcry primal ...70 euro. Just cause 3 ...700..euro Now lets flip the script and see what games with a MP component are priced at. Cod: Infinte warfare...75 euro. Battlefield 1...75 euro all basic entry prices. or MP only games. Overwatch ...70 euro or linear games with no MP. Last gaurdian... 60 euro. Hitman...70-90 euro. Quantum break...75 euro.

Oh. Just read the actual OP...I see now.

I am completely missing the gist of your argument. Have you ever heard of Witcher 3? lol

And beyond direct comparisons to other games with similar features, there's the fact that game development has never been more costly, particularly for these large AAA games, and yet the cost is cheaper than ever for consumers. $59.99 is not worth the same amount of money as it was in 2010, or 2002. Yet, it's never been increased to compensate for not only vastly increased development costs, but also inflation.

And if OP is satire, then... LOL.
