Just Dance beating Resident Evil in 2017 is one of those things that make me laugh, it's surprising how big of an active userbase the Wii still has, even if it's just for games like this. Also, FIFA taking the spotlight again, for how long it's going to keep it this time?

Spain line much of Europe sure love their Soccer and Stealing Vehicles. Amongst dancing while doing so?

Didn't RE7 come out at the end of the month (or close to the end though)?  And look at the other titles.  I mean FIFA is going to be number one no matter what and GTA is such an unmitigated success I don't even know how they are still dominating the charts.  its really quite scary when you think about it.    And I think the Spanish just want to dance lol :)

Remember that the first week of the year is a strong sales week, specially for casual and family oriented games, since many families give their Christmas gifts  on Jan 6th. So it's not so strange that popular games like FIFA or Just Dance have beaten Resident Evil, that came out at the end of the month and didn't enjoy that holidays boost.
