Raising a child is difficult enough when you have everything going for it, maintaining the couple through it even more difficult, from what I see you are not that fond of the lady, my advice to you convince her to abort.

She will get custody of the chid & will start making your life a hell, blackmailing you with the child as leverage.

In the end you will be extremely unhappy, the kid will not be well raised, everybody loses!

Don't let her understand that you will stand by her if she decides to have the baby, because then she will definitly not abort & use it to chain you by her side.

I may sound a bit harsh, but this is not fairy tale issue, life is harsh, I have plenty of experience with life, over 40 here & seen what people really are & how they behave. Believe me, you will thank me a million times in ten years!!!

Unless you've inherited a small fortune, it would ruin your financial future to not have someone to look after the baby, home, etc. while you study and then work.  A partner, even unemployed, is worth $1 million easily if you have kids.

As a father of four, one child is a walk in the park, lol. Unless you are a completely incompetent or just plain lazy as unfortunately, some people are. Having a child will change your life for the better. It's scary up until the point of birth but when you're holding a newborn in your arms, there's no greater feeling.
