I know most people here don't watch cartoons that much(excluding anime), but I think it's worth talking about the memorable cartoons that were created in this century. My list of best cartoons would probably be:

1. Over the Garden Wall

2. Teen Titans

3. Fairly Odd Parents(up to 2007)

4. Avatar: last Airbender

5. Spongebob(from the beginning to the first movie)

6. The Loud House- a new cartoon from Nick which is surprisingly good

7. Gravity Falls

8. Jimmy Neutron

9. We Bare Bears

10. Scooby Doo 2005 version(because scooby doo will always be badass)

Honorable mention: Steven universe

The Fairly Odd Parents will probably be the most memorable to me.

Glad you agree about SpongeBob's golden age: pilot to first movie. I agree with that and Airbender, and I'd add Korra and Justice League.

Edit: plus Clone Wars (2003), Bob's Burgers, Futurama, and Bojack Horseman.

Avatar: The Last Airbender reigns supreme, several leagues above anything else.

Other than that, Kim Possible (and I'm not just saying this because Rol said so), Futurama, Phineas and Ferb, and The Legend of Korra are very good too. I'm sure there are more, but these are from what I have seen.

Yeah, im not quite in touch with the cartoons from the 2000's.

I like Samurai Jack, but I always thought it'd work better as a dark cartoon.

Can't wait for the adult swim version
