I have heard that Moon and Dementium II (both Renegade Kid games) pushed the hardware to it's limits.

The demo was bundled at launch but the full game didnt release until about 1.5 years after launch.

A.S.H is a TRPG with great graphics too :)
It´s an awesome game that many don´t know because it only came in Japan but it has a translation in English :)
If you haven´t played it I highly recommend it :)
