Is really hard to answer.

I remember playing a bunch of Spectrum games when I was very little, then I remember my first Game Boy with Mario 6 Goldein Coins and my first PS with Tekken and The adventure of Lomax... I loved all those 3 games and soon after Crash Bandicoot came to my life and I have great memories of it too, but I don't really know what of those games made me get into gaming, it was a combination I guess.

Ms. Pac-Man

I had played the original Mario game, Duck Hunt, Sonic 3 and a bunch of Sega Genesis games before getting a PSOne but I consider getting that console as the moment I entered gaming by my own intent.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

I grew up playing Top gun and Punchout as well as Zelda on the original NES and really got into gaming with the SNES and Donkey Kong and Super Mario World 3!!! Great times

I mostly play RTS and Moba style games now adays as well as ALOT of benchmarking. I do play other games however such as the witcher 3 and Crysis 3, and recently Ashes of the Singularity. I love gaming on the cutting edge and refuse to accept any compromises. Proud member of the Glorious PC Gaming Master Race. Long Live SHIO!!!!

It was one of the earlier final fantasy games. FF IV or known as FF II in NA. First time, I came across a game that could hold my attention for a long time mainly because of it's story. That's when I started to really like gaming. Before that I would just play a game for 15 mins then stop and do something else. I'm kind of a rarity back in those days because most of nintendo mainline games bored the shit out of me except maybe metroid. I didn't even like arcade games. Too boring.

That simple.

I didn't even actually want an NES as a kid, our grandma pushed our parents to buy us one because every kid had a computer or Nintendo at the house.

I wasn't crazy about the Atari 2600 and preferred just regular toys.
