But there is a difference if you have to fully localize a game or if you already have a full game with all assets and translations in place on a similar platform.

Why would they shut down their only chance of recouping their money? It makes zero sense to cancel the PS4 version of ROTTR.
Meh, Tomb Raider deserves to rot. That's what they get for letting M$ money hat them. 😐 They went for the greed and it bit them in the butt. Also, Phil Spencer tried to act like mister good guy and it backfired on him.
I'm not worried quite yet. Nor was I expecting to hear anything about Rise of the Tomb Raider for PS4 until closer to its release (which we were told would be about a year after it's initial release, so toward the end of 2016)
The concept of timed exclusives is a relatively new thing, so we don't know in detail how it works on the corporate side. Given that it was never mentioned in the advertising that "hey PS4 owners, don't lose heart, it's still coming, you just have to wait a bit longer" I consider it pretty likely that it was part of the deal that Squenix wasn't allowed to advertise the PS4 version of the game for a set amount of time, in order to fool people into thinking that it was a full exclusive.
It's just the kind of shit they'd pull, and it's possible that such a PS4 version advertising blackout is still in effect.
I find it hard to believe that would be the case. The main audience for Tomb Raider is on PS4 anyways. That being said, I can see the PS4 version flopping because most people will wait for it to price drop down to 20 - 30 $ before they even consider the purchase. Myself included :P.

Copy - pasting happens very often with embeded youtube videos, often without an accompanying link (prevents mobile users to see the clip) or a description of the content.
Isn't this also stealing?

I don't game on my PC, have Windows 10, or use Steam or the Windows store.
