It's actually always been a rule (and past mods were much more strict about it). Sourcing it is fine, but copying and pasting is considered plagiarism and we'd prefer not to have that (mostly because it looks bad on us).

Copy - pasting happens very often with embeded youtube videos, often without an accompanying link (prevents mobile users to see the clip) or a description of the content.

Isn't this also stealing?
