didn't games like batman arkham knight and gta 4 got really bad pc ports that you couldn't run them properly even having a powerful or not that powerful pc?

I Don't Remember GTA 4, but about Batman, is just a Bad Port, they don't make it easy for Video Cards to run it, and Batman Arkhan Knight, is better on PC, than on Consoles, the difference here is that you need a Really Really Really Really Really good PC, to run the game.

Here are some Bench Marks, and Here is the  Kotaku's Article, this is what will happen with most of the Games if we have Upgradable Consoles, or PS4K, the lower versions would run like Shit, and would force Users to switch into the New One, Developers, would have the Excuse that "If the game does not run well, just purchase the new console".

Doesn't seem all that unlikely anymore. Not only has the gap been growing, but the rate of which it is is also increasing. Pretty impressive considering last gen they were behind by almost 20 million.

But the OS, would use all the Potential of the PS4K ?.

No. But thats not what the rumors are leading towards.

 

Rumors are insinuating 4k up scaling and higher frame rates, with better hardware for VR.

Look at amazon buddy. Xb1 momentum is fading; VR hype is growing; ps4 library 2016 and 2017 is looking to be vastly stronger.

The XB1 sales have decreased even with a price drop and the PS4 has increased in sales without a price drop so I don't think it's out of the question.

Well, the PS4, had a 1 Million lead on 2014, but got out-sold on Holidays, but now is selling Dozens of thousands, even Thousands of Hundreds more per month on USA, than Xbox One, in The last 2 Months we can say that it got Out-sold for Atleast 250-400 Thousands Already, and just this year.
