I love the comics of deadpool, and this movie while not perfect, is pretty decent (I enjoyed it).

I dont mind them makeing money off of a comic book hero I love, if they make good movies outta it.

 

I hope this means a 2nd is on the way, with bigger budget and longer story line and more characters from the comics in it.

Nope, it's The Exorcist. When adjusted for inflation it's like 1.7 billion $.

I wish The Green Lantern was a bit better, the baddies were sucky. But the movie was a D+ imo. Not quite a fail, but barely watchable.

Yep... Green Lantern sucked (then again Im not a fan of the comics of it so.... maybe its just me)

Besides one or two movies of his, I dislike most Ryan Reynolds films. He just has had some bad luck.

Hes had minor roles in good things but thats about it. Wow. #neverlucky.

Who didn't see this coming?

Fox.  They fought this for years and it was only after Reynolds leaked test footage that led to fan response did they finally give in to the idea.

i hope they will not make a complicated deadpool 2 , a big budget one that must be intelligent .
lets pray that fox will leave the same people that make the success of DP 1 , make the next one

Funny how that its the most infantile and moronic ''r'' rated movie to do so well.

I guess cinema will never see R Rated movies of the same caliber of The Gladiator and The Excorcist. Nope, bring on more dick jokes, men twirling around in the air like ballerinas but still shooting dual handguns with pinpoint accuracy and men getting but fucked by women in strap-ons. .

That's good news in a couple different ways. Maybe filmmakers will stop making every movie PG-13 in the hopes more people will watch it.

I didn't really like the movie as much as I thought I would, too many ass/dick jokes for my taste I think they should have spend a little more on the writer to get different types of jokes, after earing a dick/ass joke every 2 mins well it gets old really fast. The rest was good tho.
