On that list, no question, Super Mario Galaxy 2
But Skyward Sword was my favourite stylistically.
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

Galaxy 2. Without a doubt. I'd say both Galaxy games are two of the most beautiful games of the 7th gen period. On Wii, I also thought Skyward Sword looked nice.
Metroid Prime 3, Mario Galaxy (both look identical) and Skyward Sword in parts. Their were plenty of moments in Skyward Sword where the limits of the hardware were showing strong.
I don't know why the Galaxy games are listed separately. They both look the same to me. So I voted for Galaxy 2 in your poll. Skyward Sword should be on the list. Why isn't it on the list? I played that game on a 56 inch 3DTV, and used the TV's "convert 2d to 3d" mode, which basically upped the resolution more than it actually converted 2D to 3D. For sprite based games (or cartoons like the flintstones), the TV would split the image into layers and you could literally see the foreground, mid ground and background as separate layers. But for Skyward Sword, the TV made the game look like it was HD.
I know that's just my own experience, but even without that, Skyward Sword should at least have been on the list.

Looks alright but I wouldnt say it has the best graphics. Definitely looks its age.
Technically speaking, I'd say Metroid Prime 3, Super Mario Galaxy 2 and The Last Story are all among the best visuals on the Wii.
Conduit got some hype as well, but I just don't see it as pushing the console nearly as much as those 3 titles, even if they wen't all Shin'en and checkmarked a list of features.
And to think they got this running at a gorgeous 60 FPS! The fact that they did this with the Wii as early as 2007 (ok I know this particular image is the 2010 sequel but the graphics are very similar!) shows how much potential there was in this console - clearly largely unused.
