Probably Super Mario Galaxy 2. Hmm. Donkey Kong Country Returns was kinda preatty. Im sure i have forgotten some really good ones. Maybe Metroid Prime 3?

Hmmm. Most people probably won't agree but I always thought Skyward Sword looked great (as long as you don't play it on a huge TV). But Metroid Prime 3 and the Galaxy games looked very nice as well. Also, I know that this game was not particularly good, but I actually thought that Other M was among the most impressive looking Wii games.
Super Mario Galaxy and Skyward Sword looked great.
Xenoblade Chronicles isn't as graphically impressive, but I'd put it up there.

Judging by by your list, I'm assuming you mean aesthetics. I'd undoubtably say Super Mario Galaxy.
