I can't understand why Xenoblade Chronicles X gets the most votes, probably it is the most hyped game among them? This game is just a grindfest, for people who like farming gears and stuff will like it, but the story, characters in this game are just really boring. IMO this game is probably the worst game on this list other than "other" option.

While I voted for Bayonetta 2, and honestly did not expect Xenoblade to win this poll, most of the people who like the game seem to like it for its massive open world, its battle system, and its sheer depth. (Classes, arts, skills, gear, augments, etc)

SM3DW, Xenoblade Chronicles X and Bayonetta 2. They're my top 3, and I'm not entirely sure on which game I'd choose. Maybe XCX because I spent more time in that game than the other 2 combined, even if it has its obvious shortcomings and annoyances, the general experience eclipsed these flaws. Which is a shame, because this game could be widely regarded as a masterpiece. Its main problems are very, very easy to solve, and it wouldn't take more than a week XDDDD
