It's not bad, just not amazing.

One funny thing is that he is clearly basing this on an elf-inspired look. Which is understandable, most people probably think Link is elf inspired. But actually, he is inspired by faery mythology. Not Tinkerbell, but ye olde faeries. Hence the youthful look and varying degrees of androgyny. The two things that this particular illustration lacks, I feel.

That's his reinterpretation of the character. It looks OK.... I guess. Link always looked androgynous in the games and official art, I prefer that look honestly, and I also prefer fan art that also reflects that.
