So how has Black Firday been for everyone and what have you gals/guys seen? My local best buy and walmart were sold out of ps4s and xboxs 1 had some wiius left.

My Best Buy had Xbox Ones everywhere, stacked up all over the place, covered with signs containing bundle info. There were no PS4's in sight, and no matter how much I looked I couldn't find one piece of information about what sorts of bundles they had or how much they were. You would think that they sold a few PS4 games but no consoles.

Can anyone explain this? Maybe they were out, but other times of the year they don't have visible PS4's either--just Xbox.

I haven't seen nothing interesting, but to be fair, most stores have barely done any good deals anyway.

Also, they called the Nintendo section of the Game's Black Friday website as CASUAL, and they included some Vita games there. That website is a mess.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

On bf, stores move the big sellers to random locations away from the main area to fuck with the mobs.

As for myself, i went to BB around 1030am. The worker said his estimate was > 200 consoles with an even ps4/xb1 split.

I went to Best Buy at around 7PM yesterday and it was packed. Despite the swarms of people there, there was a TON of PS4 bundles and Xbox 1 bundles all over the place. There was literally multiple piles of PS4 and Xboxs stacked around the store. Nearly all of the PS4 bundles were the uncharted one and nearly all of the Xbox one bundles were Fallout. When I was in check out I noticed a lot of people with Xbox ones, but it seemed like a lot of people walking around with PS4's so it seemed pretty even.

Didn't see much buzz around the Wii U. There was one stack of consoles off on the side, but that was about it.

I personally bought an Uncharted bundle for my little brothers. Overall I was pretty surprised to see all the consoles there although I was pretty early.

My Walmart and Fred Meyer had a shit ton of Wii U's (I live in a small town, about 35 Wii U's combined) and they were all sold out.

I went to my local Best Buy, which didn't offer any ads to see what was on sale and what were the deals. Not even the offers from the website applied there, so I relied heavily on guesswork. The PS Gold headset wasn't at $70 like on the website but at it's original price ($115), but the 20th anniversary version was at $100, so I nabbed it. I also got a 128GB pendrive for $28. I also got several Blu-Rays. Gamestop opened by 5am and I totally missed AC Black Flag, Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition and Infamous: Second Son. So I got the first two on Amazon and the third one on PSN. Could've been better.

Overall, it was a pretty easygoing Black Friday without any incidents or fights. I saw many cheap TV's that weren't worth it and I believe Best Buy was trying to shaft consumers by not releasing any ads and nullifying the one online.

so I noticed something interesting.... at gamestop online's best sellers list as of early this week... THE AQUA BLUE PS VITA (beautiful handheld, by far the best looking dedicated portable gaming system from sony period) is outselling all of the 3DS bundles and is almost selling on par with the 20 dollar Bloodborne game on ps4..... which is a top 5 selling video game item on amazon....

I feel that if sony had refocused a little bit more on the vita... they could have honestly brought it back... 169 for a vita slim.... is not a bad deal... and a bundle with tearaway would have been great... but oh well

Thats kinda wierd. According to our profile you are from PR - which means you use the USD and the same corporate best buy...

I bought the PS Gold headset from best buy for $60USD.

That's actually $10 less than their least expensive brand new 3DS price.

and it should be cheaper... the new 3DS has a 3D screen on a handheld... the vita has an LCD display.... with a rear touch pad... 169 is a great price... bundled with a couple games.. would make it a bigger looker for consumers
