What new cold war ?

Russia is weak as shit from the current financial crisis and I doubt China comes close to the full force of NATO or even the US military alone ...

The only way I could even think of for there to be a cold war is an anti-US alliance gaining traction where other NATO members denounce their membership to join such an organization and we all know that won't happen with the current political climate ...

We could be entering a new hot war.Turkey shooting down a Russian Jet is the most serious threat since the Cuban crisis and Obama is nowhere near the statesman JFK was.

That's true but the lack of actions by the west, especially the US to the movement of Russia and China is the problem.

Russia and China knows that the western leaders are scared and weak. So they just do whatever they want.

The US is also cutting their military budget and Obama is busy trying to steal Syria away from Asad.

That's no cold war, just global crisis and its consequences. Lean back and enjoy.

Pretty much this.

Weak? There isn't a country on this planet that could beat the US military haha.

Technically true, action not so much. Hence I called the US weak.

Russia and China looks to be the ones in form and are the ones flexing military muscle.

Walk softly and carry a big stick>carry a small stick and walk as loudly as you fucking can in the hopes that people actually think you have a big stick.

Heck, a Turkish pilot flying a US built F-16 took down a Russian pilot flying his country's SU-24. That event speaks volumes as to the quality of US weaponry. Everyone needs to step back, and take a deep breath.

It says SFA about Russia's ability. if you think even the best new bombers from the US would stand up to an F-16 fighter or even an old Su-24 fighter you are living in a dream land, the F-16 is still one of the better air-air combat jets, an unescorted bomber (i.e. the SU-24m that was shot down) has litterally zero chance against it. Russia also has a lot better fighters and bombers which are arguably better than the US's modern equivalents. depending on who you ask the su-35 ranks as the best or in the top 2 or 3 fighter jets in the world today

And then Emeljanenko slowly goes out of shadows....

On the topic. First cold war wasn't finished. So it continues. And economic crisys plays its role, too...

I'll have you know that as soon as Russia declares war on the US, you won't even recognize what's left of the russian army anymore. It would be a sight to behold a minor genocide in front of our eyes ... (I mean that in a negative connotation ofcourse)

BTW, China is neutral when it comes to alliances so Russia ain't anymore of a buddy to them than the US is ...

The US would be still too powerful for any country to beat even if they cut funding now ...
