We don't know it yet.
Before adjustments on the 31st October it sold 12.8M. And now after adjustments on the 14th November it sold 12.6M.
Between 31st October and 14th November are 2 weeks. Let's say PS Vita sells around 50k in a week, so it would have sold 100k and would be at 12.9M. But it is at 12.6M. So I would guess around 300k adjusted down (I think there were only made adjustments in Europe and 2014 sales changed also a little bit).

Not sure about the 3DS, but the Wii U is basically on spot.Nintendo announced in the quarter report that it had(shipped or sold, i dont think they specified either way) 10.7 Million Wii U out in the wild, and that was 3 or 4 weeks ago.Even if the number is shipped, vgchartz is roughtly right.Its a prediction after all.
