Black Ops 3

This isn't like picking between CoD and Battlefield... These two are so different that our advice is pointless. It depends entirely on whether you want a platformer or a shooter more.

Mario Maker and it's not even close!

If you get tired of your Wii U games, maybe you should just get BLOPs 3. I dunno if Mario Maker will have staying power for you.

A lot of people have said this, but SMM (unless your first person itch is what really needs to get scratched).

In a few months BO3 will be cheaper than SMM, AND next year you can expect a new COD which you may find more interesting anyways. I don't expect a Mario Maker 2 anytime soon.

Well you did say your 60% Nintendo so i think you answered your question. However if you did want to try something different and something non Nintendo then maybe Black ops 3 could be a goo choice.

Me personally would pick Mario

Black Ops 3 in the general case.

You have a great single player experience (campaign, zombie campaign, and traditional zombies) along with a great multiplayer experience (traditional multiplayer, zombies).

The problem is that Bo3 and mario maker are 2 very different games. It would help to know which platform you intend to get BO3 for, and whether you are interested in single player or multiplayer (with friends)

Personally, I would get SMM, as I was never a fan of FPS

Like others said, BO3 will get cheaper in a few months, while SMM is not dropping it´s price anytime soon so pick the nintendo game
