If you havent heard, PS4 just got an official price drop in the USA effective tomorrow, 9th of Octobor. Halo 5 releases Oct. 27th, and the Limited Edition Halo 5 Xbox One releases one week early on the 20th of Oct.

the question is, who will will Octobor NPD? by how much? 

I don't know, all I know is this is gonna be one epic battle.

Tough call. I just know both consoles will sell like hotcakes, we'll see.

It will be very interesting but remembering that X1 managed to get NPD victories even without NPD makes it pretty clear.

PS4 will sell more. If Halo released with more than just 4 days in the month, it'd be more debatable.

November will be interesting.

I still think XB1 will win because Sony's main bundles (CoD and SW) don't release until November. Some people might even hold out for those November bundles, hurting October sales. But November is Sony's unless Microsofts also drops the price, and even then Sony is still my favorite to win November.
