Did they say what set them off? I mean I can't think of what thing in particular could set them off. Maybe you giving away their sales or hinting at them, but c'mon you were discreet about the specifics. Lots of stores give away their a lot more than you did.

Did they say you have to stop altogether?

 They didn't say so, but I'd say they implied it would be better and I really don't feel like pushing it.

As much as I've made it clear I won't be spending my whole life as a Toys R Us employee, I like my coworkers and I like helping people in a field where I'm almost grossly overinformed. Plus, They've been nice to me. I bet I could be sneaky about it in some way and get away with it, but I don't want to.

Bod one more question. Do you know if tru stores in europe can have a different stock then the american ones. I went to true in the netherlands yesterday and they had so much sony stuff it was unfunny .

1 row of wii games and small display with some old games showing.( that old demo
3 rows of pc games.
they where sold out of wii's and x360's though and I could only see advert boxes of smg no game to be seen.

Yes, that is absolutely possible. In fact, not only is it possible, it's likely. Toys R Us USA and Toys R Us netherlands could be like two completely different stores.
