Maybe I should change it to 'People who have experiences outside the Japanese market', because that's what i meant to say.

I think Miyamoto and Takeda will run the company for a couple of years but they'll bring someone on board and he will be groomed to take over after a period of time. Iwata-san was the same way, Yamauchi brought him to Nintendo in late '99/2000, but he was not given the reigns until 2002.
It probably won't be who the fans expect either. Being a CEO/president is not like being a good game designer. You have to be able to be on top of financial/accounting issues, be versed in running a business, ideally you need to speak English and Japanese, etc.
Takeda does not care about powerful hardware, so if he gets the role, we'll probably never see an up-to-date Nintendo console again (I don't even mean powerful, just at least decent, like Wii U).
Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

You probably won't either way. I think Nintendo got out of that whole rat race a long time ago. For Nintendo franchises truth be told, Wii U graphics are pretty good as is.
I'd be happy with an upgrade in the range of 500-600 GFLOPS + 3GB RAM.
Genyo Takeda is fairly old, at 66, but I can certainly see him being promoted to CEO before standing in three or four years time while someone else is promoted from within. I didn't realise quite how instrumental he's been in designing Nintendo's hardware; everything from battery saves to the analog stick through to being lead designer on the Wii.
I think he and Katsuya Eguchi are more likely candidates than Sakurai. Given Eguchi has only been in charge of EAD for two years, Takeda is perhaps the most likely choice for the job.
Genyo Takeda would be normal choice for CEO but he is too old, Miyamoto earlier state that he is not interested for that position and that he still wants to be charged for game development.
